Terms and Conditions
National Wedding Caterer of the Year 2023 & 2024 - Payment of your deposit confirms acceptance of these terms. Please read carefully; contact us with any questions.​
Deposits & Cancellations

Deposit (10% of total) is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation 14+ days prior: deposit retained only.

Cancellation 8–13 days prior: 50% of total due.

Cancellation 7 days or less: 100% of total due.
Client-Provided Food or Desserts
Please supply your own servingware, napkins and cutlery. Cakes must be pre-cut. Client items must be kept on a separate table.
Menus
We aim to deliver your chosen menu exactly. Occasional supplier issues may require equivalent substitutions of equal or higher quality.
Crockery, Napkins & Cutlery
Not included as standard; available at additional cost. Provided only for the confirmed guest count.
Equipment

Reusable platters and décor: leave all items at the venue for collection the following morning. Missing items will be invoiced at replacement cost.

No morning access: disposable platters supplied (table décor package excluded).

Food clearance at event end is not included.
Allergies
Kitchen handles nuts; cross-contamination possible. Allergen details listed per menu. Bespoke allergen platters available on request.
Hot Food (where applicable)
5-star hygiene rating. Food served at safe temperatures. Leftovers remain on-site for disposal; no take-home or reheating permitted.
Final Details & Payment

Final numbers and menu selection: 3 weeks prior.
