  • How do I book
    Contact us through our website, email or phone to check availability for your chosen date and to make sure we deliver to your venue. We will then take some details and inform you how to pay a deposit to secure your booking
  • What are your payment terms
    We ask for a 10% or £50 deposit to secure your booking. The balance of your event is due 2 weeks before. If you wish to pay in instalments please contact us
  • Do you charge delivery
    We offer free delivery to Ellesmere Port, a small delivery collection charge is added to Wirral, Chester and other areas. You will be notified of this when booking
  • Do you cater for dietary needs
    We cater for gluten free, dairy free and vegan diets. All our platters are prepared in our 5 star food hygiene rated premises. Within our kitchen the following 14 allergens are present, Milk, gluten, eggs, sulphur dioxide, mustard, celery, soya, lupin, fish, nuts, peanuts, molluscs, crustaceans and sesame seeds. Individual allergen platters are available at £8.00 each Please order these when booking ​ ​
  • Can I make changes to your buffets
    We can make small changes to buffets e.g. no pickle on cheese sandwiches. However if you wish to swap items this may incur an additional charge
  • I cant see a buffet I like can I order bespoke
    Yes certainly, please contact us to discuss. We have catered a large number of bespoke buffets over the years from vegan, vegetarian and lots of other types. We will happily discuss options with you and can work with your budget
  • Do you provide plates, napkins & cutlery
    These items are an additional charge and are fully recyclable. You can of course choose to provide these yourself. Bowls, napkins and cutlery for hot dishes are £10 per dish. Plates, napkins and cutlery (were required for buffet choice) from £12 - dependant on number of guests.   • Can I provide my own food alongside your buffet
    Yes certainly. We do ask that any food you provide is placed on a separate table as it invalidates our insurance
  • I have asked for a quote and I haven't received it
    The system we use emails quotes out separately, sometimes due to updates your email may end up in your junk or spam folder. To prevent this happening again please add enquiries@lilybettscatering to your safe sender list.
  • What is your cancellation policy
    When you pay a deposit our terms and conditions state that these are non refundable. However we understand that sometimes things happen that are beyond your control and we will try and work with you to reschedule your booking (subject to availability) Please note if you cancel your booking within 7 days of your event the full balance is payable If you cancel 14-8 days prior to your event 50% of your booking will be chargeable If something happens please contact us at your earliest convenience
  • I would like to book but I need to check a few things first
    Absolutely. Contact us to reserve your booking and we can provisionally hold the date for 3 days whilst you, check the menus, check with family, decide on your menu
  • I have a booking but I would like to change my numbers or add something on
    The cut off date for changes to your booking is 3 weeks before your event. Please contact us as soon as you know what you would like to change or add. we will amend your order and email over a copy for you
