Danielle Slater - Company Director

With over 25 years experience in the catering and hospitality sector Danielle founded Lilybetts Catering out of a love for vintage & a passion for food. The company name Lilybetts was developed with the help of her late Nan Betty.

Before setting up the company in 2014 Danielle had trained as a chef, worked in various event management roles planning and organising weddings & events and corporate business in 4 and 5 star hotels & restaurants & then managing her own cafe. Danielle has numerous qualifications in the food sector. 

 

  

Dawn Brady - Company Director

Before joining Lilybetts in 2019 Dawn worked for Marks & Spencer for 8 years as a Manager covering the Food and Hospitality departments and prior to that she worked for various 4 star hotels in sales and event management roles. 

She is dedicated to providing the best possible customer service and making your events memorable.  

Danielle and Dawn have over 50 years combined experience in the catering and hospitality sector, with such a broad range of knowledge and experience please be assured your in safe hands

As the business has grown so have our team, we now have a strong team of 5 who all carry the relevant health and safety certificates. 

Members of our team have years of experience in the hotel, restaurant and eventing sectors and have a passion for customer service.

We offer service at our larger events which our team thoroughly enjoy.  We can't wait to be able to offer this service again after COVID. 

The team are proud to maintain our 5 star food hygiene certification.
