In 2014 Danielle launched Lilybetts Catering out of a love for vintage & a passion for food. Danielle has over 25 years experience within the catering industry as a chef, event management in hotels, restaurants & owning her own cafe. Danielle has numerous qualifications in the food sector. 

 In 2019 Dawn joined the team, with over 25 years in the hospitality industry through a career in 4*hotels in various event management roles
